Agniezska has an extensive recruitment experience, having held management positions at Hays for 8 years. Since 2019 she has been appointed as Director of Permanent Recruitment in Warsaw, where she led all specialisations and was responsible for their development and business results. In December 2023, she became the Managing Director of Hays in the Czech Republic.

Pavel joined Hays's internal finance department in 2005 as a Finance Controller and gained a senior role within internal finance team in two years time. In 2017 he has been promoted to the position of Regional Financial Director for Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic.

Martina joined Hays in 2018, and at Hays, she´s been workin as Internal Recruiter, continued as a Consultant or Commercial Manager. Currently, Martina supervises Temporary Staffing, Accountancy & Finance, Life Sciences and Business Services teams. She also delivers Outplacement programs and works closely with Key accounts.

Klára has been working at Hays since 2014 and has gained her previous work experience mainly in the field of IT recruitment. At Hays, in the role of Commercial Director, her main focus is on the business development of new and strategic clients and RPO and MSP services.

Julia Malinowska

Julia has been in the Human Resources field for over 10 years. In 2016, she joined the IT Contracting division of Hays Poland as an Account Manager and a year later she was leading the team. In June 2023, Julia took the opportunity to further expand her expertise and joined our Czech team. She manages both IT teams, permanent and IT Contracting.
