For an international company, which has multiple brands under its operations, with a centralised office in Prague, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager.

Your new role

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting for timely processing.
  • Set goals and foster excellence in the finance team.
  • Implement best practices to boost efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for stability.
  • Align accounting policies with regulations.
  • Coach and mentor team members for growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • BSc/MA in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or local equivalents.
  • 5+ years in team/operations management in Shared Services; 10+ years in finance accounting.
  • Proven process improvement, change management, and transformation project experience.
  • English fluency
