Your new role

  • responsibility for the asset management of logistics portfolio in Czechia

  • leading the local platform driving real estate initiatives such as asset management, project management, development, property management, ESG and reporting

  • working on and recommending asset strategies, including leasing, marketing, and capex

  • maintaining key relationships with tenants and service providers, setting standards and following policies to drive the highest engagement.

  • taking ownership and end responsibility for all reporting, statistics and information, etc

  • articulating and defending strategy / business plan recommendations

  • tracking of real-time key metrics such as occupancy, tenant retention rates, rent collection rates, etc.

  • liaising closely with the Finance Team regarding Fund reporting and controlling matters

  • taking ownership of the asset business plan

  • working knowledge of key value drivers per asset

  • Overseeing asset onboarding, valuation, and sales processes, ensuring compliance with service provisions
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting from third-party advisors, recommend service provider appointments, and build strong relationships
  • Developing and achieve ESG strategies, maintain certifications, and oversee data collection for ESG reporting
  • Contribute to EU discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree

  • 7+ years of experience in asset management with a focus on logistics.

  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, business savvy

  • Fluent in English

  • Proactive, detail-oriented thinking and creative approach to problem solving

  • Good organisational skills
