A leading manufacturer of HVAC systems is currently hiring a Sales Representative. This role involves extensive travel around Czechia. Fluency in Czech and English are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in acquiring new business in retail chains, preferably from competitors within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Address client issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Monitor account performance and analyze data.
• Focus on Czechia initially, potential to expand to Slovakia

Qualifications:

• Sales experience, ideally within the HVAC market.
• Strong communications skill, ability to deal with No's
• Acquisition focused
