PROCESS ENGINEER FOR INTERNAL LOGISTICS

Your new role

  • Set up, document, analyze, and improve internal logistics and warehousing processes
    to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance
    with accepted standards, customer requirements, company policies, and regulations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Design and implement process improvements
    to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate on analysis, design, and implementation of corrective actions
    to address any issues and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and enhance process performance, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Educational Background: Minimum high school degree in economics or logistics; university degree in economics, ideally logistics or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position within the automotive sector, or a capable university graduate ready to take on new challenges.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 4M, Fishbone, FMEA, SMED & Lean manufacturing, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English to communicate effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and email for efficient documentation and communication.
  • Personal Attributes: Time flexibility and goal orientation to adapt to dynamic work environments and achieve targets.
