• To ensure successful management and further development of the company
• Lead the company through all the internal and external changes;
• Preparation of reports on the company's performance for the regional management
• Develop and execute the company budget; oversee operational activities.
• Set business goals by translating company strategy into organizational objectives.
• Foster an organization focused on creativity and innovation.
• Lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement and performance.
• Manage team dynamics, communication, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting on business performance and processes.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities.
• Create strategies for sales and procurement to boost revenue and market, maintain strategic client relationships.
• Conduct market research and promote new products to enhance competitiveness.
• Enhance company recognition among clients, partners, and institutions.
• Analyse operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from government entities.

• Experience in a production and/or processing company, number of employees over 100 min.
• Experience in efficiency improvement, implementation of LEAN methods.
• Working experience in leadership positions with automotive and/or aerospace industry clients.
• The ability to successfully lead through change, develop and motivate a team.
• Strong leadership and strong entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to achieve results, initiative, energy and ability to grow an organisation.
• Successful track record in growing the organisation in revenues and profitability.
• Excellent analytical, communication and strong decision-making skills;
• Economical approach to managing the company and personally highly interested attitude in achieving the company's goals.
• Excellent Czech and English language skills.
