Their portfolio includes a wide range of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and medical devices. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Access Manager
to join our team and help us navigate the complex healthcare landscape.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and market penetration of the products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs to align market access initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as payers, healthcare providers, and government agencies to advocate for favorable market access conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and negotiate with health authorities and payers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
