Our client, located in Příbram, is currently seeking an HR Manager to join their team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support all employees’ requests relating to their employment.
  • Perform salary reviews and participate in the annual budget preparation.
  • Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy.
  • Oversee payroll and monthly closures, and collaborate with external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relations with external partners.
  • Consult, advise, influence, and partner with local managers.
  • Identify training needs within the country.
What you will need to succeed

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak languages.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Proactivity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
  • Advanced organisational skills.
  • High level of independence and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
