Your New Role:

This role is a mix of Financial Audit and Consolidation (50%) and ESG (50%):

• Lead the financial audit process, preparing necessary documentation for external auditors.
• Manage group financial statement consolidation under Czech Accounting Standards and US GAAP.
• Perform quarterly and monthly consolidations under US GAAP for accurate, timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to streamline the audit and ensure compliance.
• Collect and organize ESG data for reporting and inclusion in the annual report.
• Analyze ESG data to support sustainability and corporate responsibility goals.
• Develop and maintain ESG reporting frameworks, integrating metrics into financial and annual reports.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial auditing, consolidation, and reporting under Czech Accounting Standards and US GAAP.
• Experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
• Familiarity with CSRD and ESG reporting standards.
• ACCA (or similar) qualification in progress or completed is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
