Your new role
We are looking for a proactive and analytically focused candidate for the position of Customer Complaints Management Specialist.
The main tasks will be:
Controlling and tracking customer complaints (GCA, 8D) and turnaround times (TAT).
Actively collaborate to investigate causes of complaints, approve corrective and preventive actions.
Tracking customer complaints in the field, approving reports and monitoring TAT.
Continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures taken and support in the implementation of new processes.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Education: technical high school (minimum) or technical/managerial university (ideally).
Experience in the field.
Communicative knowledge of English and German (written and spoken).
Technical knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, QS 9000 and other relevant standards.
