Your new role
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist for our international client in the field of orthodontics and dental care. This role will serve as the primary contact for dentists and orthodontists in the Czech Republic, working with innovative techniques.
- Support the growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on clinical protocols.
- Provide medical expertise, training, and advice to marketing and sales teams.
- Address clinical enquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
- Enhance clinical confidence among selected groups of doctors through specially designed educational programs.
- Offer clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private practices, DSO organisations, and universities.
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and teach treatment planning and new digital workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Independently plan visits and group sessions in a timely manner.
- Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in dentistry/orthodontics (DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
- Fluency in English and Czech.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time across the Czech Republic.
