Our international, long-term client based in Prague is currently looking for a Sales Executive Manager, who would join their team. It is a leading provider of digital solutions for the, Engineering and Construction industry with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
Your new role
We are looking for a proactive manager to drive new business growth. This role involves targeting clients in sectors like AEC, manufacturing, and infrastructure, and expanding market presence through strategic prospecting and closing high-value deals.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies designed to achieve growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow established plans and adapt them to meet evolving market conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, contract details, and renewal status in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and create new business opportunities within assigned customer segments such like AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
- Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on country sales performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while securing high-value deals.
- Collaborate effectively within the Sales organization and teams, including the Sales Enablement Director, to provide appropriate solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent skills of English language
- Czech or Slovak language would be an advantage
- 3-4 years of proven success in strategic, similar roles
- Knowledge of AEC, manufacturing, engineering or construction industry
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Results-driven with a history of meeting sales goals.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
