Our client, company which is part of an international group, is a global leader in the production of plastic components for renowned automotive brands. The production plant specializes in injection molding and painting of plastic parts for the automotive industry.

Your new role

• Quality control: Monitoring the production process from a quality perspective

• Corrective action: Implementing corrective actions when deviations are detected

• Complaint handling: Responsibility for the analysis and resolution of customer complaints

• Administration and training: Administrative tasks and training of colleagues on current quality criteria
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Quality Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality

• Quality Tools: Knowledge of tools such as 8D report, 5 Whys, FMEA

• Language Skills: Communicative English at B1+ level

• IT skills: Basic PC skills, especially MS Office; training for internal systems will be provided

• Personal qualities: Communication skills, independence and diligence

• Advantage: Experience of dealing with complaints
