For an international company with a well-known product with its office in Prague, we are currently on the lookout for a Supply & Demand Planning Lead.

Your new role

Guide and develop the Supply & Demand Planning team
Manage demand forecasting and supply planning
Actively oversee inventory levels
Lead and mentor the team, promoting a culture of high performance, openness, and support
Facilitate the S&OP processes, aligning supply, demand, and financial planning with the company's goals

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in the Demand and Supply planning field
Previous experience in a leadership position
People-oriented mindset, leader, but at the same time motivating, transparent and focused on team development.
SAP experience
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional EU languages, e.g. German is an advantage).
