Your new role
- Cooperates with all teams in preparing the Group HQ budget, including budget revisions and quarterly forecasts
- Cooperates with OPCOs to ensure the timely and accurate collection of necessary budgeting and financial data
- Assists in the implementation of new ERP functionalities and systems
- Develops consolidated financial reports comparing actual results to the budget for the Group (HQ and OPCOs), covering all activities, and provides analysis and explanations for results and variances
- Monitors, analyses, and presents the financial and operational performance of the Group through relevant reports for management use.
- Proposes improvements to the processes, procedures, and reports of Group HQ’s financial planning and controlling operations to enhance their quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Develops and maintains financial models for performance analysis and projection of the Group’s financial results, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and provides in-depth financial insights and explanations to senior management.
- Supports the collecting and reporting of financial data to banks, investors, and other stakeholders
- Maintains cost centres and project codes in SAP
- Work on other tasks within the agreed scope of work based on Supervisor’s instructions
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience within a complex business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with P&L models, financial reporting tools, and performance analysis.
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
