Your New Role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Compliance Manager to join our team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will ensure adherence to all quality standards, adapt to new policies, and manage legal requirements. You will provide guidance to customer service and supply chain teams, and implement regulatory compliance and quality measures in our Polish along with Bulgaria location. You will also develop internal audit roadmaps and action plans.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulatory frameworks, and ESG compliance.
  • Experience in contract review and risk management.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and promoting a quality-focused culture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
