Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyse, and solve HR enquiries using various systems.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for HR services, processes, and policies.
• Collaborate with teams to meet performance goals and support company initiatives.
• Create and share knowledge content and training tools.
• Support onboarding and assist with special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

• Bilingual in English and French or German (additional EU languages a plus).
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and case management systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience documenting business processes and creating process documentation.
