Our long-term international client focusing on developing medical devices is looking for a colleague to join their Compliance team as a Junior Operations Specialist.
Job type: full-time, opportunity to work remotely.

Your new role
  • Manage contracts with healthcare professionals and service providers.
  • Oversee contracts for external funding.
  • Ensure that requests for healthcare professionals are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct analysis and generate reports as requested by the manager.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What you‘ll need to succeed
  • Advanced knowledge of English language.
  • At least 2 years of experience from corporate environment.
  • Advanced level of skills in MS Office.
  • Communication skills needed to ensure accuracy in results communication.
  • Excellent analytical, searching and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and work well with other internal functional groups.
  • Initiative and independent.
