For our long-term client, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Comp&Ben Specialist.

Your new role

  • Develops and manages the company's Total Rewards strategy, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives, while conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pension contributions, while managing open enrolment processes and vendor relationships.
  • Performs comprehensive data analysis and reporting, creates dashboards for HR metrics and provides regular financial consolidation reports.
  • Manages HR information systems (like SAP SF and Edunio), ensuring data integrity and collaborating with IT teams for system improvements.
  • Maintains compliance with labour laws, regulations, and group principles, assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Conducts job evaluations and classifications to ensure internal equity and proper alignment with compensation strategy.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to review and adjust Total Rewards programs for talent attraction and retention.
  • Develops and distributes communication materials about program changes, new offerings, and compensation adjustments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, or HR-related fields
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar platforms).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Knowledge of advanced data analytics or HRIS reporting tools. Fluent in English.
