This role will lead on the cyber/information security function to ensure consistent and high-quality information and cyber security management in support of the business. Production company is based in Dobříš and the job is on site.
Your new role
The Information/Cyber Security team are responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and information systems including:
Incident Response:
Handle 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line incident response activities.Investigate and analyse security incidents to determine root cause and impact.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve incidents promptly.
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage information/cyber security projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security initiatives and improvements.
Cyber Technologies
Manage and maintain security tools such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and Vulnerability Management. Ensure security tools are properly configured, updated, and optimized for maximum effectiveness.Analyse cyber threat intelligence to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Maintains current knowledge of malware attacks, and other cyber security threats.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the organization's security posture. Access permissions management Vulnerability ManagementDigital Forensics in investigations.
Security Awareness and Education:
Develop and manage security awareness and education programs for employees. Promote a culture of security awareness and best practices across the organization.
Network Security:
Advise on network security measures, including segmentation, access controls, and secure ports.Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to potential threats.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIS 2, ISO27001, and COBITConduct regular audits and assessments to verify adherence to security policies and standards.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced
IT Security Analyst with experience of working in a Cyber Security team and working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, ability to understand and articulate business impact, and communicate this to stakeholders.
Essential
- Extensive knowledge of Information Security, IT Security or related experience
- A strong technical understanding/background
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate assessment and management of risk
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders across the business
- Critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
- At least one of the following relevant certifications such as Security+, CASP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in incident response, security tool management, and cyber intelligence analysis.
- Strong understanding of network security, physical security, and security awareness programs.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
