Team Structure:
You will be joining a close-knit team of five dedicated individuals, including a supportive team leader and an experienced manager. The team values cooperation, open communication, and a positive work environment. They believe in helping each other succeed and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Main Daily Tasks:
- Process bank statements, including accounting entries for outgoing and incoming payments, and allocate them to customer/vendor accounts.
- Check open items on customer accounts, correct errors if possible, or contact the relevant department.
- Complete email requests/ phone calls from internal clients in Finnish/English.
- Prepare and check manual payment requests for payment returns.
- Cooperate on required reconciliations, ad hoc reporting, and investigations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, or local GAAP.
- At least 1 year of experience in AR/Banking.
- Proficiency in English and Finnish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
