We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative for our client, a prominent international consumer goods manufacturer with a local office in Prague.
Your new role
- Process all kinds of consumer complaints;
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct fulfilment;
- Handle order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment;
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations;
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that arise.
What you'll need to succeed
- You possess proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field;
- Very good communication skills in English and German (language level C1);
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP;
- You exhibit strong organisational and multitasking skills.
