Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical administration of a branch network.
• Oversee all aspects of contractual leasing relationships and supplier management.
• Monitor and control operational and investment costs.
• Lead a team responsible for assigned branches and ATMs at a regional level.
• Coordinate processes to ensure compliance with legal standards in construction and building management.
• Install and maintain marketing elements, including branding for branches and ATMs, navigation systems, logos, and LCD displays.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to select suitable suppliers.
• Handle all aspects related to contractual leasing agreements.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, facility management, or relevant legislation.
• Proven experience in budget management.
• Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable solutions for branch network development.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with management.
