Our client, a multinational US company, is currently looking for a new colleague who would take of the CZ & SK market as a Sales Developer. The company provides innovative automotive and industrial solutions and products in over 140 countries and focusses on innovation and excellence.
Main responsibilities
The role involves driving Business Development, Sales, and Marketing efforts in a designated region, focusing on enhancing the brand and supporting various sales channels. You will work closely with sales and platform teams, as well as regional marketing specialists, to exchange knowledge. Key responsibilities include attracting and managing new accounts, supporting cross-platform sales opportunities, and mastering the space. Additionally, you will develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Automotive Business and provide market insights to support the company's growth. The role also involves developing and implementing market-specific sales and marketing programs, strategy and business travel.
What you will need to succeed
- 5+ years experience in commercial marketing and business development
- Excellent knowledge of Czech and English languages
- German or other European languages would be an advantage.
- Advanced in MS Office, especially Excel. SAP would be a plus.
- Ability to travel a lot around Europe (approx. 70 % of the time)
- Customer-focused approach and perfect communication skills
- Ability to challenge and discuss the best terms and conditions
- Self-confident, convincing, goal-oriented, ambitious
