Your new role

• Lead all plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement production strategies that leverage the latest in automation technology to meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, budget planning, and cost control to maximise profitability while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support sustainable practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the machinery and automation sector.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in production technologies, lean manufacturing principles, and a solid understanding of automation systems.
