Your new roleAs the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the software development projects with a chance to experience both waterfall and agile frameworks.
Your tasks:- Lead and coach Agile teams in adopting and effectively utilizing Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Organize the definition of the project scope, create and maintain the project schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; manage risks, issues and external dependencies; spot deviations from plans and manage changing scope.
- Build a strong relationship via regular communication within the development team as well as project stakeholders, support project business counterpart using advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Create easy to understand reporting in project management tool (JIRA) to make it easier for key stakeholders to track the velocity, capacity and assess potential impacts on it.
- Support and facilitate project team members in their day-to-day work, removing the impediments. Execute resource planning, availability projection and time allocation. Monitor the performance of the team.
- Settle and maintain the development processes in the project, champion process improvements
- Regularly update the status of the project and tasks in Jira and Confluence tools, manage accesses and configuration, drive the project visibility and transparency in any point of the project cycle.
What you'll need to succeed:- Active role as a SCRUM Master for minimum of 3 years
- Proven track record in successfully implementing Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaling Agile frameworks
- University degree in the field of computer science or business administration (Master’s degree in one of these fields preferred)
- Proven track of management IT projects • Prince2 project management certification appreciated
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, scaling Agile frameworks) certifications appreciated
- Jira and Confluence experience appreciated
- Strong experience with MS Office usage (especially XLS, PPT, MPP)
- Experience with SW development projects
