• Oversee the entire purchasing process from initial planning to final delivery at global locations.
• Enhance inventory turnover and work closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Order Management.
• Boost lead time, on-time delivery, and logistics efficiency; implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Offer supply options for promotions and lead end-to-end development processes.
• Streamline daily Supply Planning routines to increase speed, reliability, and scalability.

• Hold a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Have over 3 years of experience in Supply Planning and Supply Chain Management in an international setting, preferably in the CPG/FMCG sector.
• Have strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must have experience with SAP ERP (Power BI skills are a plus)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative team-player attitude, and effective project leadership capabilities.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time and enjoy working globally.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a significant advantage.
