Our client, located in Prague 6, is currently seeking for a Senior HR Administrative Representative to support operational processes of the employment lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities
- Support all employees’ requests relating to their employment.
- Manage the new starter process (offer letter, employment contract).
- Manage the leaver process (liaising with payroll, updating HR database).
- Maintain the HR system with starters, leavers, changes, and holiday entitlements.
- Ensure that all the employee files are maintained in line with GDPR or local data protection legislation.
- Generate regular or ad hoc reports for the organization.
- Act as a system super user for the internal HR system.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge of English and Czech / Slovak languages.
- At least 4 years of experience on a similar position is a must.
- Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- High level of independence, accountability.
- Excellent communication skills.
