Your main responsibilities
- Manage contracts administration and support all employees' requests relating to their employment.
- Actively participate in talent identification and selection processes along with a talent acquisition team.
- Ensuring the organisation's present and future HR needs are fulfilled.
- Perform salary reviews and participate in the annual budget preparation.
- Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy.
- Consult, advise, influence, and partner with local managers.
- Identify training needs within the country.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge of English and Czech / Slovak languages.
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
- Work experience from SSC is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
- Advanced organisational skills.
- High level of independence, accountability.
- Excellent communication skills.
