• Scheduling the interviews with candidates for hiring managers / recruiters.
• Track candidates and update them regarding each step of the hiring process.
• Update candidate records in the internal system.
• Communicate with agency recruiters and internal recruiters.
• Be aware of new opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation if needed.

• Proficient knowledge of the English language.
• Previous experience with recruitment or administrative tasks is a must.
• Communication skills are needed to ensure accuracy in communication results.
• Excellent analytical, research and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and works well with other internal functional groups.
• Initiative, fast learning and self-motivated.
