For an international company, which has multiple brands under its operations, with a centralised office in Prague, we are looking for a GL/R2R Manager.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the general ledger accounting team.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Review and analyse financial reports.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in general ledger accounting, with leadership experience, ideally with direct and indirect subordinates.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team players with strong leadership and collaborative skills.
