Your new role
Performs setup, documentation, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and associated processes for high-volume production.
Putting and maintaining processes into/compliant with accepted standards, customer requirements, company policy and regulations.
Designing and implementing process and technology improvements.
Collaborating on defect analysis and design and implementation of corrective actions.
Monitoring process performance (C/T & balancing).
Implementation of technical product changes (ECN).
Collaboration on the development of contingency plans and APQP procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
min. high school degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, university degree in technical field - ideally faculty of mechanical / technological / electrical engineering (electrical production and management)
experience in the same or similar position an advantage - also suitable for capable university graduates.
Knowledge of 4M, Fishbone, FMEA, SMED & Lean manufacturing methods, awareness of quality assurance systems and APQP procedure, DOE & SPC method an advantage
knowledge of AJ min. passive knowledge
knowledge of MS Office, e-mail at a good level
time flexibility and goal orientation
