What awaits you with us?
  • Talent Search: Your main task will be to attract new talents for Non-IT positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and strengthen our teams.
  • Complete Recruitment Process: Manage recruitment from the first communication to candidate acceptance with full autonomy.
  • Manager Collaboration: Engage with team managers to determine recruitment needs and help build world-class teams.
  • Recruitment Administration: Create job descriptions, prepare job offers, and handle other important documents.
  • Onboarding and Support: Ensure a smooth start and adaptation for newcomers, providing ongoing support during the trial period.
  • Corporate Culture Building: Collaborate on team-building events and foster team spirit.
  • HR Tools: Utilise internal HR systems and communication channels to streamline your daily work.


Who are we looking for?
  • Recruitment Experience: You have experience in a similar position (agency experience is a plus).
  • Eagerness to Learn: You are enthusiastic about new recruitment trends and ready to tackle any challenge.
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamio, Profesia, or StartupJobs is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: You approach challenges with enthusiasm and always look for ways to improve.
  • Communicative English and Fluent Czech: You are proficient in English communicating with international colleagues.
