For an international company, which has multiple brands under its operations, with a centralised office in Prague, we are looking for a General Ledger Team Leader.

Your new role

Lead and manage the general ledger accounting team.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Review and analyse financial reports.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Provide training and development for team members.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, with leadership experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with strong leadership and collaborative skills.
