Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Complete management of the CFO’s agenda.
  • Organisation of meetings and business trips.
  • Preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Processing and archiving of meeting minutes.
  • Collaboration with colleagues from abroad.

What you will need to succeed

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Czech / Slovak is an advantage.
  • Previous work experience as an executive assistant is a must.
  • Advanced level of skills in MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Communication skills are needed to ensure accuracy in communication results.
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and works well with other internal functional groups.
  • Initiative and independent.
