Your new role
We are seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our client's team in Brno. In this role, you will support both pre- and post-sales services, ensuring excellent customer service. You will report to the General Manager of the Czech Cluster and work on a hybrid schedule.
- Engage with customers to offer details on pricing, availability, delivery expectations, and order tracking, as well as expedite orders when necessary.
- Promote and sell electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users through online and phone sales channels.
- Provide comprehensive information about service offerings, resolve any misunderstandings or disputes, and coordinate with management and technical teams to meet customer needs.
- Assist Managers and Technical staff with administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
- Demonstrate initiative while working collaboratively within a team.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the terms of the Customer Agreement.
- Actively seek and participate in opportunities for both technical and personal development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent in both Czech and English
- High School diploma or Business Academy degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive attitude and willingness to engage in professional development
- Experience in administrative tasks within a customer service environment
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
