CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - FITOUTS

Construction manager with at least 3 years of experience in office fitouts

is a leading world player in the area of real estate services that operates in more than 60 countries. It uses local knowledge while being backed up by its international expertise and track record. The company covers all segments of the market. However, it primarily focuses on office, retail and logistics.

Your new role

You will be expected to take over fitout projects and oversee their successful hand-over to the client. Your responsibility shall cover the entire scope, including cost management, planning until successful construction. This naturally involves talking to clients and dealing with subcontractors, whom you will tender yourself. Co-ordination with designers and architects and also with municipality authorities are another crucial part of your daily work.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Knowledge of SW AutoCAD, MS project, MS Office
  • At least 3 years of experience in fitout project management
  • Flexibility, independence, reliability, a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
  • Driving licence B
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Brilliant Czech and professional usage of English
