National Key Account Manager
You will be the main point of contact between the client (wholesaler, pharmacy) and the company. You will negotiate contracts and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for effective introduction of the new OTC medicines into the distribution channels in Czechia and Slovakia.
Your tasks
- Acquire new business customers (wholesalers, pharmacies), conduct negotiations of terms and conditions and increase sales according to the business targets of the company
- Support customers independently and strategically maintaining sustainable customer relationships, increasing sales and reaching commercial targets.
- Perform customer segmentation, identify growth opportunities and create development plans for each customer incl. sales promotion activities
- Determine trade marketing strategy and coordinate its effective implementation to drive profitable growth in the retail channel
- Coordinate annual promotion plans and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns (ROI analysis) in cooperation with the Global Trade Marketing Manager
- Manage and monitor the execution of the trade marketing investments and initiatives (contracts, orders, invoices)
- Perform detailed trade analysis on a permanent basis incl. interpretation of results, recommendation for actions, implementation and control of the agreed tactics according to the marketing strategy
- Support the brand strategies in the retail channel, including launches, promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, etc.
- Monitor market and competition in cooperation with the Marketing Manager, deduct conclusions and recommend activities to deliver unique commercial value proposition for key accounts
- Ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with field force tactics throughout the country organisation
Your profile
- You have a higher medical, scientific or business management education.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the Czech and Slovak Pharma Markets, preferably with OTC products
- Thanks to your experience in a customer-facing role, you have very good knowledge of the pharmacies’ landscape and contacts to responsible decision makers.
- You are a native Czech or Slovak speaker, working smoothly in the international business environment with very good verbal and written
Communication skills in English - You have profound trade marketing experience.
