Key Accountabilities & Activities
Maintenance & Facility Management Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and organize /develop safe working processes and procedures. Plan and execute Maintenance Budget for equipment and facilities Cost control and Expense management Energy management External contractor management Total preventive Maintenance (TPM) system/ tools set up and manage Spare parts stock control management Follow up the Maintenance KPIs and follow-up action plan to correct/improve them. Land and Building maintenance and upgrading projects
Project Management Project Manager to oversee construction projects and the development of new fitness clubs. Construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Conduct site visits to track construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and team members Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Execution Maintain the preventive maintenance system and execution rate of the plant. Provide support, resources and guidance to maintenance team Plan and execute the shutdown plans Supervise and organize reaction to maintenance jobs, such as breakdowns and big repairs. Implement CO2 reduction action plan Implement processes and strategies to reduce energy, water, and gas consumption. Perform root causes analyses Coordinate with other functions Train technician on Maintenance skills
Key Professional Competencies Know-how and hands-on experience of electrics, electronic, mechanics, construction TPM management Computer maintenance management Assure Government and statutory requirements complying with EU standards Safety machine requirements Culture of Safety, Health and Environmental Risk-based thinking and technical document understanding Project Management & Team Management Fluent English level

Qualification & Experience Bachelor/Master's degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction, automation or a related field At least 3 years in a maintenance management position Experience in project management within construction Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
