Our client, located in Příbram, is currently seeking an HR Manager to join their team.
Your main responsibilities
- Support all employees’ requests relating to their employment.
- Perform salary reviews and participate in the annual budget preparation.
- Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy.
- Oversee payroll and monthly closures, and collaborate with external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relations with external partners.
- Consult, advise, influence, and partner with local managers.
- Identify training needs within the country.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak languages.
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
- Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Proactivity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
- Advanced organisational skills.
- High level of independence and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills.
