Your new company

It is a major consultancy company that acts as an extended hand of the client and secures the project management duties on the client's behalf. The company offers a full range of services ranging from project, through property and facility management, up to investment and "green" advisory. Located in the centre of Prague, it has one of the nicest and most comfortable offices in the market.

Your new role

You will be entrusted with your own projects which you will be able to ask to manage from the tendering stage until construction and handover to the client. Unlike construction management, here you are in charge of choosing the right architectural solution as well as the contractor and liaisoning with the client throughout the whole project. Your mission ends at the moment of the handover to the client.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in the fitout project management is obviously a vast advantage and so is technical education and the knowledge and working capability to use English. You should demonstrate the skill to read technical drawings, assess the outcomes of a tender and, probably most importantly, you should be able to provide solutions and project outcomes that will be in line with the client’s expectations.
