Your new role
- Increasing overall sales within
the organization.
- Being responsible for sales in
the Czech and CEE region.
- Leading the multinational sales
team.
- Managing and expediting the
expansion process in the CEE region.
- Handling the complete sales
journey, from client acquisition to deal closure.
- Providing pre-sales support
when required.
- Managing key clients and
enhancing relationships.
- Growing the startup client
portfolio
What you'll need to succeed
- 10 years of sales experience
with a focus on client acquisition.
- At least 3 years in the IT or
IT related industries, specifically Cloud based background.
- Experience in leadership is
mandatory.
- Ideally, experience in:
Public clouds
ISVs (e.g. mongoDB, Elastic, Keboola, etc)
Technologies / verticals relating to our field
Knowledge / experience with Google Cloud AWS, MS-Azure - strong
advantage
- Focus on the Czech Republic is
a must, and familiarity with Central East Europe is an advantage.
- Local understanding of the
region, including mentality, networking, and relationships with startups,
SMEs, and corporates is a plus (large enterprises not necessary now).
- A hunter with experience in
quick sales cycles.
- Strong drive and ambition to
lead sales and grow into a GM position.
- Native Czech, Professional
English, other languages are a bonus
