For a global market leader with an office in Prague, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist with French or German to join their team at the start of a new project.

Your new role

• Defining negotiation terms for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
• Engagement in contract negotiations and management with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing of price proposals, financial statements, and other relevant information to establish fair pricing.
• Assessing the capabilities, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness of vendors.

• Experience within the procurement field, ideally in indirect procurement

• Fluency in English + French or German (as you will be working with vendors based in German or French-speaking countries)

• Good Excel and analytical skills

• Experience with Contracting and Supplier negotiations

• Experience with RFx preparation
