Your new role:
- Manage prepaid benefits and create rent prepaid cards in SAP
- Prepare accommodation cash calls and TAP for allowance payments
- Review cost sheets and support documents
- Communicate with employees about accommodation cost compensation
- Monitor security deposits and maintain the accommodation master file
- Create children’s education prepaid cards in SAP
- Participate in local audits and account for bank transactions in SAP
- Prepare payroll cash calls and control cash balances
- Coordinate with banks in various jurisdictions (Russia, UAE, Uzbekistan, etc.)
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by the manager
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll accounting
- Strong understanding of payroll, HR management, and labour legislation
- Accounting education or proven knowledge
- Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel
- Good understanding of online bank systems
- English and Russian language skills at a minimum upper-intermediate level
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- Strong planning and time management skills
