For an international company, which has been growing significantly in recent years, we are looking for a Vendor Master Data Analyst.

Your new role

• Completes supplier/change requests accurately and efficiently;
• Acts as the primary contact for vendor master data queries;
• Ensures requests comply with corporate requirements;
• Communicates effectively with internal customers and external suppliers;
• Identifies and follows up on opportunities for data accuracy and efficiency;
• Analyses and improves data quality through audits;
• Reviews existing data for accuracy and improvement;
• Maintains vendor records and related documents;
• Provides clear guidance on vendor master data and requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated work experience in Master Data;
• Basic understanding of P2P and Procurement processes;
• Proficiency in the English language, knowledge of other European language is an advantage;
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a must-have. Experience with SAP ERP Vendor Master Data is a BIG advantage.
• Experience with visualising tools (Power BI, Python, Visio);
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
