• Optimization, implementation, design
• Preparation of the application systems migration plan
• Communication with application teams, familiarization with the current solution
• Analysis of on-prem solutions, localization of problem parts and proposal of their redesign
• Description of the on-prem → cloud migration plan for a specific application, taking into account all eventualities
• Support during migration
• Ad hoc support of the application team - from the preparation of the migration, through the initial deployment to the Cloud environment, to the actual launch on the new infrastructure and initial troubleshooting
• Contribution to the development of the platform
• Active involvement in the expansion of the runtime Cloud platform, whether according to new options, the technology stack or feedback from the application teams

• Cloud, Kubernetes
• You know how an application system should look - from the main components, through integration patterns to security
• You have many years of experience with standard languages, both for backend (Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, etc.) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• As a programmer, you think in the context of 'Cloud first' and use principles such as 'Cloud native – The twelve-factor app' and 'canary deployments'
• You are familiar with CI/CD + GitOps practices and know how to work with versioning technologies and automations such as Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions
• You have experience with deploying infrastructure (e.g. Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
• You master containerization technologies from a developer's point of view - Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
• You have advanced knowledge of PaaS Azure services from a developer's point of view
• You are able to define a reference architecture for the migration of an application system from on-prem to the Cloud
• You have an eye for detail and are able to find the most effective solution in a given situation
• You want to further develop, improve and educate yourself in new technologies
