Your new role

The client is seeking for a fully autonomous project manager who would be eager to cover the entire project cycle already from the acquisition stage, through preparation up until the construction stage. There is one area the client is quite expectant about and that is the cost management part of the project. It really is about independent project management including budget preparation, engineering and permitting and reporting to the board of the company.

What you'll need to succeed

You need to have built a residential scheme in the past, including all the above mentioned areas. The client would love to give opportunity to a civil engineer with at least 5 years of experience who is both an eager team player but on the other hand independent enough to really secure the complete project.

What you'll get in return

For your work you will be paid accordingly, both in terms of monthly salary and also bonus scheme. Company car is another item on the list. Five weeks of holiday and flexible working hours are an unspoken matter of course.
