Your new company
Investor and developer mainly in the areas of retail, residential and logistics and operating across the CEE markets. The company both develops and manages their own portfolio of shopping centres and logistics projects. They are now looking to invest into the development of new retail parks as well as expansion of the existing ones.
Your new role
In line with the acquisition appetite of the company, your main role will be the identification of new plots, their assessment from technical, legal and investment perspectives, purchasing of these plots, consequent permitting stages while liaisonning with the leasing and tenant parties along the way.
What you'll need to succeed
Our candidate should demonstrate a really proven set of skills required for the overall acquisition process. Negotiation skills coupled with an up-to-date overview of the land available are an obvious must. What will be immensely helpful is the network of contacts in the retail segment and previous experience from similar position. The client would find experience from fast food retailers and their expansion teams especially desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will be entrusted with the whole project cycle of the acquisition process and put in charge of coordinating and managing related parties. The client is looking for a senior candidate and is willing to pay a senior salary in return. The company is very health and family oriented, so hybrid working hours are in place and the whole office closes down for about ten days every year to enjoy the holiday festivities.
