• Process all kinds of consumer complaints;
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct fulfilment;
• Handle order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment;
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations;
• Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that arise.

What you'll need to succeed

• You possess proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field;
• Very good communication skills in English and German (language level C1);
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP;
• You exhibit strong organisational and multitasking skills.
