We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Quality Engineer for our client who focuses on innovative manufacturing processes and ensuring high product quality.
Your new role
- Communicate with customers: actively communicate with customers to meet their requirements and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze: Monitor objectives, results and indicators, identify risks and ensure they are met.
- Define corrective actions: In case of deviations, define action plans and ensure their implementation.
- Knowledge of requirements: Know specific customer requirements and communicate them to the team.
- Work with customer portals: Work daily with claim portals, 8D analysis and other relevant documents.
- Organize visits: Plan and organize customer visits, including audits and claims tracking.
- Manage Complaints: Ensure that complaint information is passed to responsible parties and coordinate immediate corrective action.
- Liaise with residents: Coordinate resident activities with customers and request feedback.
- Attend meetings: Actively participate in regular meetings and internal audits.field.
What you'll need to succeed
- Language skills: have a B2-C1 level of English.
- PC skills.
- Have a proactive approach to achieving goals and meeting customer needs.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with different departments.
- Knowledge of qualitative methods: Have experience with the 8D method.
